This page is a work in progress and currently under construction.
Thank you for you understanding!
Here are some of our current Challenges, just to pique your interest.
You can see that we have our hands full!
We had a huge flash flood last week,
Th Local sewers glitched, letting nasty stuff come into our basement.
In an attempt to save our belongings, all of our “stuff” was loaded into the middle of the Basement, and the perimeter was jack hammered out 2 feet from the wall to put in gravel and a pipe… then 3 sump pumps to remove rainwater. The familiar odor was gone within 24 hours.
We persevered…
The cracking of the cement floor and the hum of the tools made lots of noise.
Home School Classes commenced in the Local Library this particular week!
However, Educational Experiences were prolific throughout this not so pleasant time! Our boy was a champ with the tile removal activities!
Basement Challenges:

And in Conclusion: A Week of Noise, Mud, and Miracles
While the basement echoed with jackhammers and sump pumps, our family found grace in the grit. Everything we owned was piled high in the center, the perimeter torn out to make way for gravel, piping, and three hardworking pumps.
Within a day, the musty scent that had lingered for years vanished… proof that even disruption can bring renewal.

Life Goes On…
Meanwhile, homeschool classes bloomed quietly in the local library, a peaceful contrast to the clamor at home.
Educational moments weren’t limited to books… our son rose to the occasion, tile by tile, showing grit and joy in the work.
Loud Lessons
Through it all, we were reminded: learning happens everywhere, and sometimes the loudest lessons come wrapped in dust and duct tape.
What a week of unexpected growth, laughter, and grace.
