This year I have decided to start early preparing for the change of each season. I want to lower my stress during time crunches. I also want to enjoy the colors and the feeling of the Seasons more.
“Know your own happiness. Want for nothing but patience
— Or give it a more fascinating name: Call it hope.”
–Jane Austen
This sentiment resonates deeply, especially during the autumn season. Autumn, with its crisp air and vibrant foliage, offers a unique opportunity to reflect on and embrace our own happiness.

To know one’s happiness in autumn, start by immersing yourself in the beauty of the season.
Take leisurely walks through parks adorned with colorful leaves. Breathe in the fresh, cool air. Let nature’s tranquility soothe your soul. These simple pleasures can bring immense joy and a sense of peace.

Patience plays a crucial role in finding happiness. Autumn is a season of change and renewal. It reminds us that as leaves fall, new beginnings are on the horizon.
Hold onto hope and let it guide you through the season. Know that happiness is not a destination but a journey.
Savor a warm cup of tea, enjoy the comfort of a cozy blanket, and relish the company of loved ones. These moments of stillness and contentment are the essence of happiness.
Finally, embrace hope. In this beautiful season, may you find your own happiness, patience, and hope.

“To sit in the shade on a fine day,
and look upon verdure,
is the most perfect refreshment.”
–Jane Austen
