Easy Seven Layer Cookies Recipe

Incredibly simple to make, the taste of these yummy treats is phenomenal. They feature a wonderful mix of flavors and textures that blend to create an absolutely heavenly treat.

Ingredients:

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work great)

Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the butter and press down to form a crust.

Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the graham cracker crust.

Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
